Today we have a delicious recipe, cream of mushrooms, perfect to lose the kilos that we have taken this Christmas. Vegetable creams are ideal for people who have a hard time taking cooked or steamed vegetables. Do you dare to prepare this cream?

Mushrooms are perfect for losing weight, because they have a lot of water and are rich in minerals, vitamins and fiber, and they tend to like a lot of people. easy, fast, economic ... and best of all, healthy and delicious. The cream of mushrooms is one of those dishes that can solve a light dinner or be the entree of a more forceful dish. However, in people with hypertension or fluid retention problems, they should limit their canned consumption since their sodium content is higher than that of fresh ones. This dish, due to its low caloric value and low fat content, is considered adequate for all age groups.

Elaboration:

We start by washing the mushrooms and chopping them. Next, peel the onions and cut them into julienne strips (thin strips).

In a casserole we heat the Betis oil and in it we poach the onion. When it has picked color we add the mushrooms, the garlic clove and salt to taste. We fry slightly without stopping removing until the mushrooms are tender.

Cover the mushroom sauce, onion and garlic with the vegetable stock and let it boil 15 minutes uncovered.

Crush the mushroom mixture with the help of the blender until it is creamy.

If it were necessary for us to stay more bound, we can add a little corn flour.

We add salt and serve in individual bowls decorated with pieces of parsley.
